VERTICAL AUTOMATED FILING SYSTEMS (CLASS1000)
The Class 1000 is projected and manufatctured with particular consideration for the specific reality and needs of the customers.
The customization of the machines dipends on the folowing variables:
- Documents type and format: folders, lateral files, shelf files, boxes, books etc.
- Rooms dimensions
- Operative needs
The original system of shelves stabilisation linkage by secondary rods and arms allows a reconfiguration of the cabinet, in particular it’s possible to modify also shelves height.

SAFETY AND TECHNOLOGY
The keyboard can be set with an access code function and is equipped with MULTICOLOR LEDS SYSTEM TO CHECK UNBALANCING LEVEL.
WORKING MODE:
- Simple shelf call up
The operator push the number of the selected shelf and then push ENTER. The automatic filling system start the movement. Electtronic control system ensures that the shelves selected always take the shortest route to the work desk.
- Remote control when the archives is connected to a host computer the system is working in the remote mode.
The link is made by an RS232C interface.In remote mode the commands are set by the computer according to internal software.
The Class 1000 conform to the security principles set out in EEC “Directive on Machinery” 2006/42/CE and therefore bears the CE standard mark:
- Litghting push button for emergency stop
- Electrical interblock on emergency handling to avoid dangerous restarting on unexpexted voltage return.
- Optoelectronic barriers in the lower and upper operating area to stop immediately the movement in case of obstacles.
- Mechanical devices in the lower and upper operating opening with the same function of previous ones.
Vertical archives can be equipped with a fire detection and extinguishing system.

AUTOMATIC FILING SYSTEM WITH ROTATING SHELVES (CLASS 700)
The Class 700 main feature is that the operator has the documents at his fingertips without open any record cards drower.
Thanks to the small and compact dimensions of the body these filing systems fit in with any deco and represent an excelent solution to stock middle volumes of cards and frontal hanging files.

COMPACTABLE SLIDING CABINETS
The hand-wheel operated compactable sliding cabinets allow to recover up to 50% space.
SORGE’s compactable cabinet system are sized designed and realized according to the specific needs of the customers and it’s possible to store any kind of document.
SORGE’s compactable cabinet system can be equipped with service stairs which allow a quick and safe picking also from the higher schelves.
COMPACTABLE LADDER
SORGE’s compactable cabinet system can be fitted with service ladders that allow the operators to reach easily the higher shelves.
- The ladder in close position is mm 50 thick and run on a rail along shelves to reach the best position for picking.
- The ladder in open position (mm 600 width) allow to reach both sides of shelves inside the aisle
- The ladder is equipped with a platform made up of alluminium panel with anti-slip diamond pattern (dimensions mm 560 x mm 396).
The ground elevation is:
- mm 800 (3 steps option)
- mm 1100 (4 steps option)
- mm 1300 (5 steps option)
- The ladder can be assembled with two elements of three steps. In this case the ground elevation of the higher platform is mm 1760
- Steps are made up of alluminium panel with anti-slip diamond pattern and their dimensions are mm 560 x mm 200
- The ladder is equipped with a railing mm 800 high
- The ladder can be equipped with a folding desk that allow the on site folders consultation
- The ladder respect the rise-step ratio according to the UNI 10804 rule
